Within the framework of the experience exchange program for heads of the passenger transportation sector of the railways of the Russian Federation, an official meeting was held between JSC "O'ztemiryo'lyo'lovchi" and the Russian delegation.

During the meeting, issues of improving passenger transportation services, improving service quality, introducing modern technologies, and exchanging best practices were discussed.

The delegation also familiarized themselves with the activities of passenger facilities within the system of JSC "O'zbekiston Temir Yo'llari."

The parties emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and continuing the exchange of experience.

Starting September 10, a modern "CRRC-Dalian" electric train will be launched on route No. 730/729 "Tashkent - Andijan - Tashkent" to replace the existing train line.

🚉 The electric train consists of 4 economy class cars, with a total of 357 passenger seats.

Also, from September 10, changes will be made to the schedule of some passenger trains operating on the Tashkent - Fergana Valley route.

At this railway station, which serves an average of 3–3.5 thousand passengers per day, modern elevator and escalator services have been launched to create additional convenience for passengers.

Since August 31, passengers have had the opportunity to quickly, conveniently, and safely transfer from lane 1 to lane 2, as well as to other routes.

ON THE EVE OF INDEPENDENCE DAY, THE TURTKUL STATION WAS PUT INTO OPERATION IN A NEW APPEARANCE

✅ The opening ceremony of the Turtkul railway station, reconstructed in honor of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, took place.

The Turtkul station, built in 2001, will be fully reconstructed in 2026, creating modern conditions aimed at improving the quality and convenience of passenger service.

➡️As part of the reconstruction work, the interior and exterior of the station building were renovated, a modern waiting hall was organized, new seats were installed, an electronic information board providing instant information on train movements was introduced, and a free Wi-Fi service was launched.

Additionally, a modern VIP hall has been built at the station, which did not exist before. This hall allows passengers to wait for the train in comfortable conditions and utilize high-level service services.
